In the melee I forgot to post this. Cardiff Arts Institute recently decided to switch their print publicity from a regular monthly listings flyer to a bi-monthly newspaper format. The beauty of this is that it creates a bigger canvas for the venue to showcase what makes the venue great. As well as the essential listings, there are interviews with forthcoming artists, features and an independent eye on the wider city.
If you would like to contribute to the paper, there’s a regular Monday Newspaper Club at the venue. It’s open to all and, if the rumours are true, free coffee. Any work created that doesn’t make the printed version will find a home on the Cardiff Arts Institute blog.
